We are pleased to announce the availability of new feature for AHJ, BuildingReports Service Member users, and Complimentary ComplianceCenter users of the ComplianceCenter report submittal system. Depending on your user type, you will see different options when clicking the new Help<\/strong> button while logged into the portal.<\/p>\n

New Help Button<\/h3>\n

Regardless of your user type, upon logging into the ComplianceCenter portal you will see a new Help <\/strong> button that looks like the one below.\n<\/p>\n

Complimentary ComplianceCenter Users<\/h3>\n

to locate the Help <\/strong>button, look in the upper right-hand corner of the screen once logged into ComplianceCenter. Complimentary ComplianceCenter Users (CCCUs) who are are not users of BuildingReports’ other inspection and reporting solutions will now have access to these new PDF and video resources:\n<\/p>\n
