We\u2019ll automatically redirect their alerts to email to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Opt In\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To keep getting instant updates via SMS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to Edit My Account.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box to enable text message notifications.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please note: Due to federal compliance rules, each user must complete this individually.
