He is the founder of multiple companies in the Fire, Life Safety and Security industry. In 2000 he founded BuildingReports.com, Inc., the trusted industry leader in safety compliance reporting with thousands of member companies worldwide. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a globally recognized authority in inspection reporting, shaping industry standards and driving innovation across the fire and life safety compliance landscape for more than two decades.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tJason Kronz\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Chief Executive Officer &#038; Chief Technology Officer<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Jason Kronz graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Electric Engineering. After graduating, he began his career with Motorola as a radio frequency and software engineer specializing in pager and cell phone technologies. Jason also held a research position with Motorola. Jason continued his career by joining Convergence Corporation in Atlanta, GA where he was responsible for much of the Bluetooth discovery specification and early PalmOS projects. A founding partner of BuildingReports, Jason&#8217;s dual roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer guarantee technology initiatives are soundly implemented.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tPenny Jolly\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Chief Financial Officer<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Penny Jolly has been a part of the BuildingReports team since its founding in 2000. She is responsible for financial oversight including banking and business insurance. She also serves as the corporate Secretary and Treasurer. She works closely with the Vice President of Finance. Penny is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Mercer University in Atlanta with a major in accounting. Her vast experience over the past thirty years has been in the fire and property protection industry helping multiple companies achieve success. <\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tBryan Shaver\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>President<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Bryan Shaver has been in the fire and property protection industry since 1990 and spent over thirty years\u00a0working with the team that\u00a0built\u00a0one of the largest service organizations in the southern United States, covering multiple states and serving thousands of customers. As a founding partner of BuildingReports, Bryan has worked alongside company advisory groups\u00a0in the ongoing development of BuildingReports service offerings and focuses on the strategic expansion of the organization.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tChris Dispain\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Vice President, Research &#038; Development<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Chris Dispain began his career in the Fire, Life Safety and Security industry in 1998 as a Systems Inspector. Chris&#8217;s programming background placed him on the BuildingReports founding team, developing the first ever mobile and web-based inspection reporting service. While Chris continues to program for BuildingReports, in 2011 he was appointed Vice President of Member Services, becoming responsible for leadership and management of all aspects of Member Services. This role included overseeing training, technical support, and proactive assistance to BuildingReports members. As Vice President of Research and Development, he oversees the strategic direction and engineering of our technological innovations.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tDwight Wills\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Vice President, Sales &#038; Marketing<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Dwight Wills joined BuildingReports in 2002. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Dwight is responsible for strategic planning and management of external and internal sales growth and marketing of the BuildingReports brand. His professional experience in electrical mechanics, software\/network integration, mobile to web technologies, account management, marketing and sales, spans a 30 plus year career across three continents: Australia, Europe and the US.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tPaige Nifong\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Vice President, Finance<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Paige Nifong joined BuildingReports in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for financial strategic planning as well as tax and human resource area compliance. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a major in accounting, Paige holds a CPA license and a Society of Human Resource Management certification. She has professional experience in several industries including technology, franchising, and manufacturing.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tBrandon Teasley\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Vice President<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Brandon Teasley joined BuildingReports in 2014 as the company&#8217;s first Southeast Account Manager and has since worked with members across the United States. In 2025, Brandon joined the executive leadership team as Vice President, continuing to lead the Member Success organization and its focus on supporting member success and long-term growth. Brandon is a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. in Marketing.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tNathan Simon\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Vice President<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Nathan Simon joined BuildingReports in 2013 as the company&#8217;s first &#8220;in-the-field&#8221; Account Manager. Eventually, Nathan moved into Sales as a Regional Sales Executive and was then promoted to Sales Manager. He currently serves as Vice President and is responsible for overseeing several different BuildingReports sales teams. As Vice President, Nathan&#8217;s primary objective is increasing new membership sales and expanding the rapidly growing National Accounts division. Nathan&#8217;s career of selling and managing sales of Fire &amp; Life Safety software\/technology has spanned over 15 years.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tTrae Roberts\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Director of Partnerships<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Trae Roberts joined BuildingReports in 2017 and has since held multiple roles within the Sales Department. As Director of Partnerships, Trae identifies, develops, and strengthens strategic partnerships and integrations across both the hardware and software spaces, helping expand the company&#8217;s ecosystem of connected solutions. He also serves as Sales Manager, overseeing the Sales Department&#8217;s day-to-day operations and supporting the team&#8217;s continued growth.<\/p>\n\t<h1>\n\t\t\t\tRich Romanowskyj\n\t\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\t<h3>Director, Member Services<\/h3>\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<p>Rich arrived at BuildingReports in 2003 with a solid foundation in Networking, Technical Support, and Disaster Recovery operations as part of a Global Business Resumption Service team, gaining valuable experience in responding to disaster sites across the globe.  At BuildingReports, Rich&#8217;s primary objective is to deliver unparalleled Technical Support and Customer Service to our network of members.
