BRForms offers over 40 different form elements that allow users to convert existing paper forms into digital documents quickly. This includes work orders, maintenance reports, service requests, and inspections. Users can complete forms online or on their mobile devices with this one-time data capture method and upload them to their personalized web portals hosted by BuildingReports.<\/p>\n<p>BRForms provides a method of automating the distribution, availability, and accessibility of forms. Unlike paper forms in a filing cabinet, digital forms are date and time stamped for easy tracking and sorting and conveniently stored online for 24\/7 access and easy email distribution as needed. Completed forms are available to authorized users via a unique login ID and password that BuildingReports customers assign and control.<\/p>\n<p>No special software is needed to create, edit, or update the forms\u2014just internet access. Users can print a form, download it as a document, or view it online in the BuildingReports web portal.
