February 2026

Accounts Manager

  • The Building Edit button on the Buildings tab now displays an updated label, making it clear when you’re editing an existing building versus adding a new one. This small refinement helps reduce confusion and keeps workflows intuitive.

BRMobile

  • Date pickers used when creating generic events and service tickets now support future dates beyond previously available dates. This update ensures long-term scheduling works smoothly without extra workarounds.

Dashboard

  • A new widget, “Total Devices Tested by App per Month,” is now available. This widget makes it easy to compare monthly device counts across apps, helping teams better understand inspection activity at a glance.

Device Editor

  • Entering sensitivity values is now faster and easier. You can now mass enter or edit sensitivity values for Smoke Detector and Duct Detector devices using the new Apply Sensitivity button in the Device Editor within the online report. Filters allow you to quickly target specific devices, making this especially helpful when entering values from a control panel report.

DocDrive

  • Document lists now sort dates precisely in both ascending and descending order, making it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for when managing files.

HubSpot Integration

  • The HubSpot authentication flow has been streamlined so users are now able to go directly to the appropriate page after connecting their account, creating a smoother onboarding experience.

ScanSeries for iOS (v2.41.3)

This release includes a wide range of enhancements focused on reliability, clarity, and performance:

  • Sound Test values for Type and Shape in FireScan and SuppressionScan now upload with greater accuracy.
  • Manufacturer names now appear only once in the favorites list.
  • Barcode scanning has been updated to respect default service settings.
  • Date and time handling in BRForms has been improved to better support international and regional formats.
  • The “Only Show Devices With Photos” filter now behaves with greater accuracy.
  • Deleted devices have been updated to not appear in the SafetyScan Maintenance Schedule.
  • BRForms downloads are now smoother and more reliable.
  • The center-on-location button has been recreated in ScanHistory for quick map navigation.
  • Exiting ScanHistory during building downloads has been improved to not interrupt the app experience.

ScanSeries Healthcare Reporting

Several updates have been made to improve accuracy, flexibility, and report structure:

  • New Individual TJC EP Reports based on the 2016 code reference standard are now available, ensuring continued access to legacy code groupings and historical reporting formats.
  • TJC reports now present the Sound & Visual Testing section as a standalone section following PE, EC, and LS content for improved clarity.
  • Device type links in the SprinklerScan TJC Executive Summary now navigate smoother, and the Device Type column has been restored in the Inspection & Testing section.
  • The System Control Unit section has been removed from SprinklerScan TJC healthcare reports where it does not apply.
  • Device totals in SafetyScan healthcare reports now calculate with greater accuracy for Annual and Monthly services.

ScanSeries Standard Reporting

Standard reports continue to gain helpful detail and reliability improvements:

  • Hovering over a device marker on a floor plan now displays expanded information, including ScanID, device details, service results, comments, solutions, and address data.
  • Reports have been improved to generate even when a signature image is present without a valid date or time stamp.

ScanSeries Service Authorizations

Service Authorization labels and visibility have been refined for clarity and consistency:

  • The “Fixed” column has been renamed to “Authorized” to better reflect its purpose.
  • The “Authorized” column now appears only when Service Authorizations are enabled in Organization Settings, avoiding confusion for teams not using the feature.
  • Manager-type users can now access the “View” button regardless of Service Authorization settings, ensuring devices can always be marked as addressed when needed.

Web Portal

  • Forgotten password emails now include a user’s full name in addition to their User ID, making account recovery messages clearer and more personal.

WebSkins

  • WebSkins now support DKIM, helping ensure emails sent using a member’s email address successfully pass DMARC checks. Members interested in setting up a DKIM key can contact Member Services for assistance.

January 2026

Accounts Manager

  • Primary action buttons in the Accounts interface have been refreshed for better clarity and ease of use. Buttons are now larger and include descriptive text, making it easier to understand exactly what each action does at a glance.

Dashboard

  • To help keep dashboards clean and intentional, widgets that are already added will now display a green icon next to their name. This makes it easy to see which widgets are already active and prevents duplicates from being added unintentionally.

ScanSeries Healthcare Reporting

Healthcare reporting continues to evolve with the latest standards:

  • All TJC formats have been updated to the new 2026 PE formats, maintaining the familiar visual style while aligning report sections with the updated PE standards. Members who wish to continue using legacy TJC formats can reach out to Member Services for assistance.

  • The Inspection & Testing Report section in the SafetyScan TJC format has been refined to ensure consistent, accurate formatting.

  • New “removed” and “replaced” indicators now appear after device test dates, providing a quick visual reference to help readers easily understand device status at a glance.

FireScan

  • FireScan now supports additional device types, giving technicians more flexibility when inspecting, testing, and maintaining a wider range of systems and equipment. Newly supported device types include Fire Curtain, Low-Frequency Sounder/Strobe, Master Control Station, and Multi-Sensor Alarm.

SprinklerScan

  • SprinklerScan now includes support for the Flame Detector device type, allowing technicians to track inspection, testing, and maintenance for an additional type of initiating device.
